Member stories: Metlifecare

We asked MA Members to share how they've adapted to a world struck by COVID-19 through kindness, business pivots and customer care.

Here, George Harley from Metlifecare shares their innovative 'Virtual Village'.

At Metlifecare we have created a "Virtual Village" to help our residents experience some aspects of normal life that can be adapted online. This includes a daily quiz, activity sessions and even a YouTube show hosted by Jason Gunn!

We have had great feedback so far and are looking at how we can improve and integrate this into our business once the lockdown lifts. Check it out here.
