Trends that we expect to see:

  • Remote working and working from home will become the norm (at least for some time)
  • Interviews, meetings, and training will be done remotely as people fully embrace the tech tools available
  • Career changes due to a changing market place as we will see more people upskilling during a time of uncertainty to create new opportunities for themselves or decide to realise their career passions and move accordingly
  • Conferences and events will move online video tools and tech solutions to move everything online during shutdowns can still help to bring people together and have an impact online. It could even achieve higher attendees numbers
