ASA Food and Beverage Advertising Code 2024

The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) is introducing a new Code for Food and Beverage Advertising which will replace the current Advertising Code rules relating to food.

The new Codes are effective from 1 August 2024 for new advertising and 1 November 2024 for all advertising.
