Pier is a Dutch and New Zealand national who grew up in Asia and Europe and moved to New Zealand in 2004 after working in various roles in Asia, Europe and the USA. He was educated at Eton and holds a BA from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Chang grown up in Beijing and graduated from one of the top universities in China. Her experience included account management in a 4A agency, and brand management in an investment group in Beijing. Before Chang joint SkyCity in 2019, she also gained experience and insights from local marketing agency and media.

Janice possesses the best of both worlds having immersed in Chinese culture and Māori customs since her move to New Zealand in 2011. Now, she traveled back and forth between the two countries to facilitate operation and communication between teams. Furthermore, she has gained a PhD of marketing from Shanghai Jiaotong University and worked as a visiting scholar in UoA business school. Prior to her joining PRIZM she also has work experience leading as the China business manager in a New Zealand based PR Firm, BoydPR.
