Fee is currently Head of Marketing at iconic Kiwi brand BLUNT where she is a member of the leadership team and runs a team covering design, content creation, digital, brand management, NPD, PR, and e-commerce. Fee has 20+ years of experience across various Australian advertising agencies, including running her own full-service agencies in two different countries. After ad-land, Fee went client side and hasn’t looked back. Before joining BLUNT, she spent ten years working around the world for global company HEINEKEN, with the last four of those at DB Breweries in Auckland, managing some of the world’s most loved beer brands. Fee is also a qualified graphic designer and photographer who pursues her creative passions outside of her work.

Michael started Two Dudes with his mate Tom. What was initially just an eCommerce skincare subscription side hustle in their garages has turned into a movement of men taking better care of themselves and a product range available on supermarket shelves nationwide. The two dudes use a unique approach to help take on the multinationals in a typically feminine category with a lot of barriers for the male consumer.

A strategic and creatively awarded CPG brand leader, Anna comes from a network background and has experience in Global, European-regional, and UK agency positions.
Anna has been with ZURU Edge for the last 2.5 years, proudly helping bring brands and products to market that are future-fit for the next generation.
In that time Anna has launched five pet brands across 15 countries within 36 months; retailed in over 200,000 distribution points. The business is on track to become the fastest-growing pet care company in the world in 2024.

Carl has 20 years of insight industry experience. He specialised in brand and comms strategy with a proven history of effective work for his clients, including several gold awards for advertising effectiveness. His research work has taken him to just about every town in New Zealand to speak with people from all walks of life. He's also conducted qualitative research in eight more countries while based in London for two years and spent seven years as an ad agency planner before joining TRA in 2018.
