Reframing Customer Value: The Disruption Opportunity

In May 2024, the Marketing Association and New Zealand Media & Entertainment is bringing world-renowned thought-leader, Professor Dr. Peter Wilton, to New Zealand for an exclusive and one-time-only audience.

Global thought strategy experts of this caliber rarely come to New Zealand. You don’t want to miss this opportunity to learn from one of the best.

Dr. Wilton will share his incredible expertise on strategy, innovation, digital transformation, and marketing – with a special focus on reframing customer value and the disruption opportunity.

Explore the patterns, causes, and effective responses to disruption and discuss how marketers can play a key role by helping to:

  • Identify overlooked or underserved customer value opportunities.
  • Design and test appropriate ways of addressing them.
  • Create entirely new categories of value that did not previously exist.

Find out how firms can anticipate, and effectively manage the risk of value reframing in their industries, ensuring sustained relevance and leadership into the future.

“I look forward to joining you in a thought-provoking exploration of how the marketing role is changing in today's world of value transformation. I will share examples from multiple industries, as well as practical insights into how organizations can sustain both their current relevance and establish their future relevance, and hence reputation and leadership, in a future that is not yet clearly defined”.   -Dr. Peter Wilton
