Ben is an advertising agency leader and entrepreneur, focusing on Loyalty/Digital/CRM/CX and retail marketing for over 25 years.
Now leading Quantum Jump, previously founder/MD of justONE (sold to Clemenger Group), and MD at TEQUILA\Auckland (a TBWA company).
Ben is a noted expert on loyalty marketing, having worked closely with clients to develop and grow some of NZ’s most iconic loyalty programmes including New World Club Card, Farmers Club, Subway’s Subcard, Farmers Beauty Club, Sky Rewards, Mitre 10 Club and more.
This work and others have won effectiveness and loyalty awards globally, and the Marketing Association’s RSVP Grand Prix five times.

Quantum Jump
Amy is one of New Zealand’s top integrated planners, specialising in loyalty, CX and CRM. Amy worked with Ben at justONE for over 10 years, eventually becoming GM and leading work for Spark and ANZ, before founding Proximity NZ and leading it as GM.
Amy’s work has been awarded multiple Grand Prix at the NZDM Awards, including for New World, PAK’nSAVE and Farmers.
