This hands-on workshop is a deep dive into how marketers can practically and strategically harness the power of AI, particularly generative AI tools, to elevate their marketing efforts. The session equips marketers with cutting-edge knowledge, hands-on techniques, and ethical considerations necessary to use AI responsibly and effectively.

From understanding foundational technologies like transformers and diffusion models to mastering the application of ChatGPT, Perplexity and Recraft, the workshop is designed to enhance participants' confidence in using AI for tasks like:

    • Content creation;
    • Trend forecasting;
    • Competitor monitoring; and
    • Customer insight development.

It also addresses the critical need for transparency, privacy, compliance, and collaboration with IT departments when integrating AI solutions.

Online Course structure
This workshop is also offered in an online format. A 90-minute live session will be held once each week over 4 weeks. The facilitator will present that week's topic live online with other participants. There will also be activities and resources to support your learning.
