Good mental health relies on strong relationships

How can you strengthen relationships even if you've moved away or are under the pump at work? MAS share their tips.

Humans are social animals. We are hardwired to seek out social connection, and our mental health can suffer when we're isolated or don't make the most of the connections we have.

But how can you strengthen your relationships if you've moved away from home or are going through a busy patch at work? It's easier than you might think, and small tweaks to the way you interact with people - from noticing the positive to holding eye contact - can make a big difference to your wellbeing.
