Campaign and Project Management for
Marketing Professionals
Sessions held in Auckland, Christchurch and Online
Sessions held in Auckland, Christchurch and Online
Campaigns span multiple channels, teams, and timelines - yet many marketers are expected to deliver results without a clear structure for planning, prioritisation, or execution.
The result? Conflicting priorities, unclear briefs, reactive work, and campaigns that underperform - not because of poor ideas, but because of how they’re set up and managed.
This workshop gives marketers the structure, tools, and confidence to manage campaigns more effectively - from initial brief through to delivery, optimisation, and reporting - so you can align stakeholders and deliver stronger business outcomes.
What to expect
This is a practical, hands-on workshop designed around real marketing challenges. You’ll work through frameworks and examples you can apply immediately, including:
Structuring and managing campaigns end-to-end, from strategy through to execution and delivery;
Applying practical tools to manage stakeholders, competing priorities, budgets, and resources;
Bringing greater control to execution through clearer planning and ways of working;
Improving campaign performance through smarter tracking, optimisation, and reporting.
Online Course Format
This workshop is also offered in an online format. A 90-minute live session will be held once each week over 4 weeks. The facilitator will present that week's topic live online with other participants. There will also be activities and resources to support your learning.
