Digital Strategy

Sessions held in Auckland and Online

Digital strategy often sounds big-picture.

But in practice, it comes down to making smart decisions about where to invest, how channels work together, and how to get the best return from your digital activity.

This workshop focuses on the practical side of digital strategy with an emphasis on digital media, channels, data, and performance. You’ll learn how to bring structure to your thinking, connect the moving parts, and build a digital approach that delivers measurable results.

Whether you’re working with agencies or managing campaigns yourself, this will help you make more confident, informed decisions about where to focus your efforts.

Why it matters?

Many marketers are working across multiple digital channels but without a clear framework, it’s easy to:

  • spread budget too thin;

  • prioritise the wrong channels;

  • rely on agencies without fully understanding performance; or

  • struggle to connect activity back to outcome.

A strong digital strategy helps you cut through the noise so every channel, dollar, and decision is working towards a clear goal.

Join industry expert, Graeme Douglas, to brush up on your business' digital strategy to make sure that it aligns with the overall marketing strategy, and manage digital resources like a pro.

Online Course Format
This workshop is also offered in an online format. A 90-minute live session will be held once each week over 4 weeks. The facilitator will present that week's topic live online with other participants. There will also be activities and resources to support your learning.
