Group Account Director - Digital Experience
dentsu Aotearoa
I’m a senior leader, focused on helping businesses solve real problems and grow through better customer experiences.
I currently operate as a senior client services leader within the design and experience team at Dentsu Creative, where I work closely with our team and clients to shape and deliver end-to-end digital and CX solutions.
A lot of what I do sits at the intersection of strategy, experience and delivery, bringing clarity to complex challenges, aligning teams, and making sure ideas actually turn into something impactful.
I’m known for being calm under pressure, collaborative and outcome-focused. I like getting stuck into the problem, working alongside teams to figure things out, and building momentum to move things forward.
A big part of how I lead is creating an environment where people feel empowered and challenged to do their best work because great results come from aligned teams moving toward a shared goal.

Ownably
Hi, I'm Teeks – I build things and I think hard about why.
My field runs on frameworks – playbooks, cadences, the same handful of templates passed hand to hand. I've come to believe the frameworks aren't the point. Discernment is. Knowing who your customer actually is, what genuinely matters to them, and whether the obvious move is the right move or just the familiar one. That's the work; the rest is mechanics.
That belief shapes how I operate: building product marketing functions from the ground up inside complex organisations, turning messy signal into strategy I'll stand behind, and caring as much about how the work lands as the thinking beneath it.
I'm a builder and, at heart, a creative. I've never thought those were separate skills, and I tend to turn the problems I can't stop thinking about into things I make. The latest one – why brilliant people struggle to articulate their own value and how we can redefine the philosophy behind AI-augmented talent discovery – became Ownably, the Professional Value Platform I co-founded.
Before that: leading SaaS propositions and enablement for Australasia's largest homegrown tech company, and a decade across product marketing, digital and CX in highly regulated industries.
I write about discernment, storytelling & the craft of value articulation at substack.com/@modularteeks.

I'm all about driving growth through digital transformation and customer-centric marketing that really move the needle.
My approach? A blend of data-driven insights, agile leadership, clear strategies, creative storytelling, and a deep understanding of what makes people tick.
Here's what I bring to the table:
🔷 Strategic thinking. I have a knack for zooming out and seeing the big picture, whether it’s 5-year roadmaps or bespoke annual plans.
🔷 Connecting the dots. I connect the long-term vision and day-to-day execution across an organisation, ensuring every marketing decision is a step towards sustainable growth.
🔷 Digital transformation expertise. I love rolling up my sleeves and implementing cutting-edge martech solutions that revolutionise how we engage with customers.
🔷 Building brand equity. Even in tough markets, I'm able to craft strategies that boost brand value, drive pricing power and keep us ahead of the competition.
🔷 Nailing the customer journey. I do this with human-centred thinking, smart customer acquisition, and rock-solid retention strategies.
🔷 A commercial mindset. Whether it's market share, revenue, qualified leads, or profitability, I deliver measurable results through innovative marketing initiatives including new product development and pricing strategies.
🔷 Empowering my teams. I'm proud of the high-performing teams and cultures I've built, with impressive employee satisfaction scores, strong teams, and some pretty cool award-winning campaigns.

Upflow
I believe marketing can be more than a necessary evil. It can be genuinely helpful, educational and entertaining. It can be interesting, valuable and insightful.
Sure, at the end of the day it's about the bottom line, but the WAY you market is important. Marketing done the right way builds loyalty and trust long-term.

Marketing Manager - Meadow Fresh Brand & Beverage Portfolio
Goodman Fielder New Zealand
I’m a commercial marketing leader who loves turning a good strategic idea into something that makes a real difference to the business, the brand and the people involved.
I’ve spent 15+ years working across FMCG in New Zealand and the UK, across brand, category, customer and commercial roles. I’m at my best when I’m stepping back to see the bigger opportunity, bringing people together around a clear strategy, and then making it happen.
I care just as much about how we deliver as what we deliver. I’m passionate about developing people, creating high-performing teams and giving others the confidence to stretch themselves. I’m involved in Women @ Goodman Fielder, supporting initiatives to inspire future female leaders, and I love coaching my daughter’s football and netball teams for much the same reason.
I’ve been fortunate to work on some brilliant brands and partnerships, from Meadow Fresh and Steven Adams to new product launches and more recent work like Meadow Fresh Fantasy Herd. Along the way, I’ve learned that the best work sits at the intersection of strong strategy, commercial thinking, creativity and great people.
Always interested in good conversations about leadership, marketing, brands, people and what makes an idea work.
