Her career has focused on architecting and executing complex loyalty programs and advancing MarTech and analytics capabilities. Having led cross-functional teams across the retail, insurance, health, and financial services sectors, she has a proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in retention, engagement, and revenue through data-driven strategy.
Currently, Gabby leads the Campaign Insights & Reporting team at Woolworths NZ, delivering segmentation, targeting, and audience operations for Everyday Rewards and Woolworths New Zealand. Deeply committed to the future of the industry, she is also completing a Master of Technological Futures. This research focuses on how AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies can be leveraged to rapidly lift marketing capability and accelerate organisational transformation in an increasingly digital landscape.
