As the project lead for the Turners and Make-A-Wish partnership, she is exploring the broader value of purpose-led partnerships — how they can strengthen internal culture, improve team engagement, and enhance how teams connect, all while giving back to a great cause.

Olivia Kember is the Communications and Partnerships Manager for L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty brands, New Zealand. Olivia has over 11 years experience in brand events, content partnerships and public relations and recently spent five years in London working for leading publishing company Conde Nast, executing global content campaigns for Vogue and GQ magazines.
With a keen interest in beauty, Olivia is passionate about the life-changing impact L’Oréal’s dermatological brands can have on quality of life, particularly for those suffering with skin issues. Olivia’s current role sees her managing all local public relations, events and consumer activations for leading skincare brands La Roche-Posay and CeraVe and she is most proud of the team’s meaningful work, together with Melanoma New Zealand, on educating consumers on skin cancer education and prevention.

With a background in sponsorship engagement and a past life as Fundraising & Event Manager at the Manawatu Cancer Society, Rebecca knows how to charm sponsors, rally communities, and juggle a million moving parts – all before lunch.
Known for being resourceful, organised and allergic to wasted time, she brings both heart and hustle to every event she leads. If there’s a way to make logistics fun and fundraising feel personal, Rebecca will find it (and colour-code it).
