The sweet spot, and why this works, is using advanced customer insight to make decisions that work for customers and the company.
Adrian was recently a recipient of the McDonald’s President Award which celebrates the top 1% of high achieving individuals across the globe. This was for his work on bringing customer insight and the MyMacca’s app together to drive significant, measurable customer and commercial benefit.
Prior to McDonald’s, Adrian served in Senior Marketing roles within International Brands: Samsung, United Biscuits, Carlsberg and Unilever. His experience in fast moving, aggressive growth businesses has taught him how to get progress in an imperfect environment.
