John Miles
John Miles is the Chief Executive Officer of the New Zealand Marketing Association (MA), where he has led significant growth since 2019, including a 30% increase in recurring membership revenue. He is the brains behind MA's tagline, "Helping Marketers be Brilliant," and has secured major partnerships with global brands like YouTube and Google, while also revitalising the New Zealand Marketing Awards.
With over 30 years of experience in strategic brand development, both as a professional marketer and within advertising agencies, John has launched over 20 brands in the New Zealand market. His deep expertise makes him well-qualified to provide an expert critique on what makes a truly great advertisement, and what NZ marketers need to do to inspire their agencies to create memorable cut through communications.
