The For Purpose Special Interest Group's mission is to lead and grow the understanding, use and value that marketers, agencies and suppliers gain from best practice in Not-for-Profit marketing.

Founder & Director
Tania is passionate about helping marketing teams unlock their potential. Through workshop facilitation she helps teams to innovate, decide, and execute to drive growth and impact. As a consultant her work spans across digital transformation & strategy, customer experience design, growth marketing & culture shifts.
Tania is a trained REINVENTION + Design Thinking practitioner and Design Sprint workshopper. Tania collaborates with New Zealand and Australian clients with a focus on innovative, customer-centric, action orientated change.
Digital Marketing Specialist
NZ Aids Foundation
Hannah Watson-Frank (she/her) is a digital maven with a passion for creating positive change in the world.
With over five years’ experience in digital marketing for not-for-profits, Hannah is proficient at delivering unique digital campaigns to effect change on limited budgets.
Hannah is currently the Digital Marketing Specialist at the New Zealand AIDS Foundation where she delivers an integrated and effective digital program and works across their award-winning behaviour change & fundraising marketing campaigns.
Leukaemia & Blood Cancer NZ
After several years working in the hospitality & travel sector for organisations including Air New Zealand and Sheratons Hotels, Annabel dipped my toe in the waters of the “for purpose” world with a new philanthropic role for the University of Auckland.
Since then, Annabel has held senior roles in a number of causes, most recently with Leukaemia & Blood Cancer New Zealand, and has also acted as a strategic fundraising consultant.

Senior Change Business Partner
An experienced Marketing, Programme and Change Manager who has worked across multiple sectors. A Design Thinking practitioner who is passionate about customer centric design.
Justine values any creative opportunity, drawing from 15 years in Marketing and more than 10 years in transformation roles. The balance of having a creative approach while applying a project management framework has enabled her to apply these skills to her current role as a Senior Change Business Partner at Watercare Services Limited. Justine is an animal lover who enjoys volunteering in the community, playing golf, appreciating a nice red wine (ideally Shiraz) and spending quality time with her husband and two teenage daughters.

There is an exciting energy which. comes from a diverse group of people like this. Everyone sparks new ideas and continue to identify new ways of delivering value. Collectively we have witnessed how everything is evolving and there are now so many new ways of maximising marketing opportunities for Special Interest Groups.”
Public Relations &
Serena is a versatile practitioner, having played managerial roles in both agency and in-house teams.
With experience across a number of sectors, including business, technology, finance, FMCG and health, Serena's skill set lies in using her integrated PR and marketing background to generate tangible results for clients.
She has a passion for culture, diversity and inclusion, and is also increasingly involved in the NFP and social enterprise space, with a focus on disability and sustainability matters.

Commercial & Brand Director
Paul is a passionate and accomplished senior marketing consultant with global and national experience.
He has particular expertise in the building industry, sport and fitness, not-for-profit, NGO, charity and apparel space.
"As a sports and ‘for purpose’ marketer, it’s connecting brands and fans and donors that I enjoy most. It’s a richer and deeper relationship than a transactional purchase. There’s emotion, purpose, hope and expectation and an intrinsic sense of meaning behind the engagement. That’s also why I love being involved in the Marketing Associations For Purpose Special Interest Group, to help lead and support the sector and see amazing marketing happen."
Marketing & Product Manager
Moumita Das Roy is a cross-industry marketer with experience in Nonprofit, Media, Advertising, and Telecom. Her core expertise lies in Brand & Product Management and Digital Marketing. In her current role, she manages the marketing and product function of a mid-sized telco, based in Auckland.She is also a tertiary educator and a workplace trainer. She speaks English, Hindi, Bengali und ein bißchen Deutsch. She is a passionate traveller, and has been to all seven continents, immersing herself in cultures around the world.
"This is a volunteering governance role where I can combine my skills from the world of corporate marketing with for-purpose. I have the opportunity to bring together an amazing network of people, who work in the not-for-profit space, and support them with Marketing Association’s resources and watch closely the incredible work they do.”
Lone is the brain behind the content of our events, from sourcing speakers and sponsors to choosing our topics, Lone is there every step of the way.
She has extensive knowledge in the Events and L&D industry and uses this to mentor her newer colleagues.
Post work, you can find Lone lost in a good book (or two!) and spending time with her beautiful family.
