Lee has spent over 20 years working in agencies such as BBDO, Publicis and WPP, and is a Past Chair and Board Member of the NZDMA. He has had work recognised at many of the major domestic and international awards shows.
He has also been a judge at Cannes (Cyber Lions, Young Lions); Adfest (Cyber Lotus); Digital Media Awards Asia; Echo Awards; NZ Marketing Association and CAANZ Media Awards.
Lee has a deep love for strategy and finding ways to make the complex seem simple; using what he learns to develop insight-led, strategically grounded ideas that tap into culture, build brands, and create value for businesses.

If anyone knows how to unlock the power of commercial creativity to help businesses during uncertain times, it’s Hamish. After a stint at DDB Auckland, he spent 15 years in Sydney working at some of the region’s best agencies including NAKED, Mullen Lowe, BMF, Clemenger BBDO and Edelman as both a creative and creative director.
Hamish has had work recognised at all the major award shows, lectured at Adschool, served as National Co-head of AWARD School, and sat on the executive committee of AWARD.

John co-founded Plato Creative in 2007 with a vision to create an agency renowned for driving the commercial success of its clients. Fast-forward 17 years and Plato has grown to a team of around 60 people becoming one of New Zealand's largest independent agencies with client partners that span over a decade.
John’s business nous and drive has guided numerous clients toward building measurable success. He has been an EY Entrepreneur of the Year finalist, has founded and invested in several companies, and currently sits on several boards both in the private sector and community-based organisations.
