Ben Goodale
CEO, Quantum Jump
Ben is an advertising agency leader and entrepreneur, focussing on Loyalty/Digital/CRM/CX and retail marketing for over 25 years. Now leading Quantum Jump, previously founder/MD of justONE (sold to Clemenger Group), and MD at TEQUILA\Auckland (a TBWA company).
Ben is a noted expert on loyalty marketing, having worked closely with clients to develop and grow some of NZ’s most iconic loyalty programmes including New World Club Card, Farmers Club, Subway’s Subcard, Farmers Beauty Club, Sky Rewards, Mitre 10 Club and more.
This work and others have won effectiveness and loyalty awards globally, and the Marketing Association’s RSVP Grand Prix five times.

Emily has built and lead award winning insights capabilities in top organisations including; Foodstuffs, Coca-Cola and Sky. In 2023 Emily officially joined the AI revolution as Research Director for emerging global leader in AI for Insights, Yabble. In her role at Yabble Emily is at the forefront of transforming the research and insights industry, supporting the transition from a traditional set of research methods to, truly harnessing all the power that AI has to offer to take us all to the next level.
