What Makes a Truly Great Marketing Leader in 2025
We explore what exceptional marketing leadership looks like in 2025 and beyond - from shifting team culture to redefining marketing’s role in business success.
Join us for a lively, insightful (and slightly provocative) panel discussion with marketing leaders who have built high-performing, values-led cultures and repositioned marketing as a true growth engine.
Find out how they did it, lessons learned and the ripple effect of their leadership on brand, customer experience and cross-functional relationships. This session gets real about:
- Reshaping internal perceptions and building a high-performing team
- Transforming marketing from a cost centre into a core driver of business success
- Creating a playbook for your marketing team
- What it really takes to lead with authenticity in an always-changing world
- How to grow and coach future leaders in your team.
You’ll walk away with:
Leadership lessons from the front line
Ideas to empower and elevate your team
Fresh thinking on how to build a values-led, growth-focused marketing function
And maybe even one bold move to steal for yourself...
One thing’s clear - culture starts at the top.
Let’s explore what happens when marketing leaders lead like they mean it.
