Breaking bad habits and creating new ones can be hard.
Even if we know something is bad for us - eating too much chocolate or checking our phones the minute we wake up - our brains are hardwired to keep us doing things that provide a sense of satisfaction or psychological reward.
The key to getting out of these habits is understanding what triggers them in the first place, and finding ways to respond more effectively to those triggers. It might be there are changes you can make to your environment or you might come up with some methods of distracting yourself to get you through the initial craving.
Check out the tips MAS has come up with to help you overcome your bad habits.
