The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has announced the introduction of a new Children’s Advertising Code. They will replace the current Children and Young People’s Advertising Code in the Advertising Standards Code. 

The new Codes are effective from 1 August 2024 for new advertising and 1 November 2024 for all advertising.
