(Re) Discovering the secret sauce for your programme

NZ Social Marketing Network (supported by the Marketing Association) present what practitioners and academics agree are key success factors for behaviour change.

Involving some of some of Australasia’s most experienced behaviour change exponents, this interactive course was spread over 3 x 1-hour sessions aimed at both those just starting out, to those who have been around a while.

Presented by Nick Farland and guest panellists. Nick is Behaviour Change Manager for ACC, and an experienced leader in the discipline of ‘social marketing’ from when it emerged in Wellington and the NZ Social Marketing Network was first established.

He brings over four decades of experience in client-side programme management, as well as communications agency consultancy experience. This includes road safety, biosecurity, family violence / healthy relationships, smoking cessation, alcohol moderation, food safety, disaster preparedness and injury prevention. This includes the establishment of ACC’s ‘Have a Hmmm’ activity.

Session Two

4 principles of ‘outside in’ influence – stakeholders, partnerships and your audience; and 3 principles of programme management – managing expectations.

With guests Jemma Titheridge (Te Whatu Ora), Rebecca Whiting (ACC), Phill Sherring (Waka Kotahi) and Stella Muller (Bright Sunday agency)
