We all have more things to do in a day than we have time to do them.
Family commitments, work commitments, catching up with friends - knowing how to prioritise everything is essential for your wellbeing. You're not going to be able to do everything at once so working out what is important or urgent, and what can be left for another day, makes a huge difference.
